Shirt for Dessert tells the story of a typical kid who makes up her mind that veggies are gross without ever having tried them. While Marley Barley forms a common and soothing habit of sucking her clothes, her parents understand that there is zero nutritional value and are concerned about the holes in their daughter's clothes and a potential overbite. Determined to find a solution, necessity is the true "mother" of invention. Laughter and surprise ensue!
